Prakash Jung Shah is a civil engineer retired from Nepal Government Services. He has had 35 years of experience working in the Department of Road, in various capacities including Project Manager for many ABD and World Bank Funded project. He is thoroughly conversant with Government, ADB and World Bank regulation.
